Dharma Talk

Her friends staged an intervention over coffee in Savannah. Fourteen months later, her partner moved out while she was on retreat. What Booker found on the other side of a nine-year relationship wasn't a five-stage plan — it was her kitchen cabinets, three hours, and a whole lot of Dharma showing up in unexpected places.

Questions Booker Actually Sits With

This talk leans on inquiry, not instruction.

  • What in my life am I still doing simply because it's what I've always done — even though everything around it has changed?
  • Where am I forcing a plan, a timeline, or a "should," instead of letting the Dharma do me?
  • What's my version of sweeping the temple — the small, physical task that moves what words can't?
  • Is my persistence tuned too tight, too loose, or right on pitch for what I'm actually facing?
  • What raft have I been carrying long after it got me to shore?
