MNDFL Mentoring is an opportunity for folks to work with me 1:1 on a regular basis to support their mindfulness/dharma/embodied practices. I love to explore with folks who want to deepen their own personal understanding of how to bring their practice into their day to day lives, who want to study in depth a certain aspect of the dharma (the 10 Paramis, the Eightfold path, etc.) who are in mindfulness training programs or simply want to live a life with more ease.
